40-ft, 50-ft, and 74-ft homesites by Highland Homes
You may ask “What does a 74-ft homesite mean?” If you’re in the market for a new home, you may have noticed that builders tend to refer to the size of their homesites by front footage. A 74-foot homesite means the width of the front of the lot is 74 feet. Depending on the exact homesite it may be a little larger, but most will be 74’ wide x 136′-140′ deep.
Highland’s newest offering is on 40-fot lots. These homes range in size from 1,590 square feet to 2,454 square feet, offering 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3.5 baths, and 2-car garages and are priced from the mid $400s – $500s.
On 50’ lots, Highland Homes range from $2,263 square feet to 2,965 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-5.5 baths, and 2-car garages priced from the upper $500s – $700s. Highland has several homes to be completed this winter or early spring on 50’ homesites if you’re ready to buy, including one that is already complete!
The largest lots in Cambridge Crossing are offered only by Highland Homes. On 74’ lots, homes range from 2,890 square feet to 3,928 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms, 3-5.5 baths, and every home plan offers a 3-car garage while being priced from the low $700s – $900s.
